Protecting Your Condo with Home Watch Service

Recent lifestyle changes have made most people consider condominiums as suitable living spaces rather than owning a single home. The maintenance responsibilities that come with owning a large home can be substantial. Those interested in downsizing after years of homeownership may find that the reduced care and maintenance of a condo makes such a move extremely appealing. A portion of the clients we serve opt for condos because they frequently travel and love being able to simply lock the door and head out on their next adventure knowing that their home is safe, sound, and well-cared for by Advanced Home Watch.

If you think that shutting the door and adjusting the temperature is all that you need to secure your condominium for summer, you should think again. In our years of experience, we have come across incidents such as an upstairs neighbor leaving the water on or a toilet or shower leak that caused water damage to our customers unoccupied home. AC condensation lines clogged, overflowing, or completely shutting down the owner’s AC unit. Power outages due to storms or power surges that caused refrigerators to remain off for hours or sometimes even days.
