Protecting Your Home with Home Watch Service
Advanced Home Watch fully understands that your home is the largest investment you will make in your lifetime. Bringing 15 years of home watch experience to the table, we work extensively with our clients to customize and develop a plan that will allow us to inspect and visit their home at regular intervals. Using our Advanced Home Watch Service 30+ checklist, we are able to provide either a weekly or bimonthly visual inspection of the interior and exterior of your home.
Our priority is to help our clients minimize the amount of time and trouble that is typically involved with the safeguarding of their property while they are away.
We use state-of-the-art GPS and able software that will provide photos and reports of the exact time that we have visited the home. This will not only give you the peace of mind while you are away but provides a matter of record showing the home was visited on a regular basis if needed for any type of insurance claim. In our experience, this is often required by most insurance companies and associations.
