Chuck Mazza, of Advanced Home Watch has been watching our condo for some time. Chuck quickly responds to questions and concerns and is reliable and professional. We feel confident that our home is safe when we are not there. The hurricane last year was very concerning and Chuck quickly notified us about the condition of our Condo. The reports we receive are thorough with pictures and comments. We highly recommend Chuck and his service!

We could not have been happier with signing up with “Advanced Home Watch & Management Co” during our time away from home this September 2022. Chuck Mazza sent us a weekly report, including photos, checked all utilities and made sure all was working properly. (Even fixed our leaking toilet, above and beyond!). He was right there during the hurricane and made sure we were informed about the situation. When we came home, he had made sure that everything was in order! We needed someone to check our villa while we were back in New York. Initially we met with Chuck to go over our needs. He explained his thorough home check system. He gave me tips for getting the villa ready for our time away. We were very happy with his service. He took pictures each time he visited our home. Everything was checked and we got not only a written report but photos as well. Chuck is licensed and bonded. Very dependable and through. There is comfort in having a trustworthy person watching your home, especially here in Florida where we face mold and hurricane risks. We are confident that our property is in good hands while we travel. We have had Advanced Home Watch taking care of our condo since 2017. This is a great outfit for snowbirds like us. They have arranged to have things done while we were away--garage floor painted, porch painted, they even had the place cleaned so it was all set when we came back in the spring. They check on it every month and let us know about any problems that they find. If it is a problem that should not wait until we come back they can arrange for repairs. Chuck has been extraordinarily kind and helpful.

I love Advanced Home Watch since I am usually on the road for work. Chuck sends me an electronic report after each inspection that I can view no matter where I am, his attention to detail is superb, and I love knowing that someone local is looking after things and could be there in hurry should anything go wrong.
